The Fat Kat Cooks: Eggplant Moussaka

For Christmas, mum made this dish and it was so awesome that I had to pair it with rice despite it having cream as an ingredient. Mum made a few tweaks to this recipe since some of the ingredients were unavailable. Here, I will be posting the original recipe. Continue reading

The Fat Kat Cooks: Japanese Cotton Cheesecake

Hey everyone! It has been a while since I posted some recipes. Today, I made Japanese Cotton Cheesecake for the fam. I saw some YouTube videos and even saw pictures online that I wanted to try to make one. I must say, it was a success! Even better than the cake roll I made for Christmas. Continue reading

The Fat Kat: 2015 in Review

As 2015 comes to a mighty close, I daresay that October-December were my best months EVER! I never knew that I would soar high in the blogosphere. There are so many I would like to thank and enumerating every one of you would make my list long…and, in my opinion, it seems tacky. So I just want to give a huge THANK YOU to all of you who had made The Fat Kat possible.

I would also like to thank my LDRBN family. Warm hugs and kisses from me to all of you guys in the community. Love you!

Anyway, the stats helper monkeys prepared a 2015 annual report for this blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

A San Francisco cable car holds 60 people. This blog was viewed about 1,500 times in 2015. If it were a cable car, it would take about 25 trips to carry that many people.

Happy Holidays

Happy Holidays everyone!
How was your Christmas? I was supposed to spend mine in the hospital but, as luck may have it, work ended at 10. I got to spend Christmas with my family. The only thing I didn’t get to do was go to church with them.
Speaking of spending thw holidays working, I am at work as I am writing this on my phone. Got a chance to do so because it is an easy night; just a few deliveries.
Anyway, I won’t be blogging anytime soon. I have a weird schedule so I am still trying to sort out how I could insert blogging into it.
I am sorry.

Once again, Happy Holidays! Enjoy everything!
